The ERG at Belfast City Hall
On Friday evening we set of a selection of works to benefit East Belfast Community Counselling. The East Belfast Community Counselling Centre was created to help fulfill a need in the local community to provide a vitally-needed counselling service for adults who might otherwise be excluded because of finance or shortfall in service provision. Prior to the service being set up in 2010 there was no other dedicated counseling services in East Belfast, apart from counseling offered by local churches.
We selected a variety of works for the show from large-scale works by George Callaghan and emerging artists Susanna McConville and David Watt-Magowan, to smaller pieces by Denise Robinson. The selection is now on view at our Town Gallery located on the corner of Linenhall and Clarence Streets.
